Electric Scooter Rental Agreement
- Customer is responsible for safe use and following local rules.
- Customer must not misuse the scooter.
- Customer must keep the charger safe and return it with the scooter.
- Customer is responsible for damage, loss, or missing parts.
- Battery must not be removed unless allowed.
- Customer must report any issue immediately.
Damage / Loss Policy for Scooters
- Lost charger fee
- Damage fee (assessed per incident)
- Lost scooter fee (full replacement value)
- Excessive cleaning fee
- Missing parts fee
- Battery damage fee
